Before using the application, users have to agree to an EULA on the first run of the application (EULA can be accessed here: http://spika.videre.sg/wwwroot/page/eula/english). The administrator of the backend service can also disable user sign ups and manually add users in the backend and subsequently provide the user account information for users to log in.

In addition, any objectionable material sent through the chat can be flagged by any user of the system and the administrator would have the ability to delete and ban the offensive user and content.
